• Complaint data you enter into the wizard — your name, contact details, the parties you are complaining against, facts, dates, and any documents you upload.
• Account data — your email address, used for one-time-password login.
• Payment data — processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your card or UPI details.
• Basic technical data — such as logs required to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to generate your complaint document, operate your account, process payments, deliver your purchased PDF, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

Where your data is stored

Your complaint data and generated documents are stored on servers located in India (Mumbai region), supporting data residency within India.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted processors to deliver the service:

• Anthropic (Claude) — to draft and structure your complaint text from the facts you provide.
• Razorpay — to securely process payments.
• Supabase — to issue secure login tokens for email OTP authentication.

Data retention

We retain your complaint data and documents for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
